Extremely fast and efficient at recognizing my needs. Courteous and pleasant easy to speak with. Busy staff while I was there they all seem to have some thing to do. Nobody was on their phone or clowning around. recommended some items on my vehicle that I wasn’t able to afford at the moment and they let me know that I might have a little bit of time so I could save for the recommended work. Keep up the good work!

I was in recently due to my oil light saying low. Was told I did not need oil change. Light came on. My vehicle stalled at a traffic light. Went back. Discussed with Nate. He was a very good listener. Figured out I did need oil change. His service was great. It was hot and very busy. He took time with me. I did not feel rushed. Did a great job. Thanks Nate. All employees are very friendly. Much appreciated. You are my 1st choice. Thanks :)

When I arrived, in my line there was one car in the service bay and one car ahead of me. It took well over an hour until I pulled into the service bay. One guy seemed to be doing all the work in both bays. The other employee on the main level literally appeared capable only of putting air in the tires.

On this day this location was very busy. 4 cars were already waiting for service. The technician greeted each customer to let them know of ETA for oil change. Technicians all were extremely courteous and friendly.

The time in the bay was almost 30 minutes. The manager explained to me that he was training new staff, but there were opportunities where down time could have been minimized.

It took forever, oil was dripped all over my engine compartment and not wiped up. I was given the wrong paper invoice when I shouldn't have been given a paper one at all. The oil drips did it for me.
