The staff indicated that they were new, and you could tell. Service was quite slow, including the wait time to pull into the service center. I know folks need to get up to speed, but that needs to be offset with experienced staff.

I have been to this location in the past and while it is very convenient, I have had to prepare myself for the absolutely awful attitude that I knew that I was in for. If I had time I would go somewhere else to avoid it even though I love being able to just sit in the car and wait and it is right on my way to many drives. This time, I pulled up prepared to not let the jerk who normally greets me get to me. Only he wasn't there. Instead there were 3 very pleasant and friendly guys. They were kind and quick and in the end I had a question that one person couldn't help with so another person came over and got in my car and figured out what i needed then showed me how to do it myself. It the absolute opposite of what I had experienced in the past.

I waited over 45 minutes for my oil change. There were only two cars ahead of me.I forgot to bring my coupon with me; so, I really got gouged on the price for conventional oil.

  • The overall operation of a service center: hiring, training, discipline of employees, customer service, maintaining store inventories/housekeeping, achieving profit plan, ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) compliance and other policies and procedures are met
  • Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center
  • Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
  • Perform and train others on automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
