This was a great experience. The Lead or Manager Dakota was great. The other two young men were great. I could see they were new and learning and Dakota worked great with them and they were very courteous and professional. The young man in the pit I did not see but he communicated great with the other staff. Thank you for such great service. They were training two new guys one under the hood and he had difficulty putting my air cleaner back together. Soon as I left I pulled over to check and had to secure the air filter cover myself. And there was a manager watching him . You need to teach the new guy don’t just watch . He was a good young man that just needed guidance. If you would have looked at my last visit on the computer you would see it was done on the last visit . Just thought you should know it’s how we learn . Other wise it was a nice visit . Thank you for your service.

There was only one other vehicle there but for some reason three different people started interacting with me. One would start and leave then another would come as if he was the first. The oil was changed there just 5000 miles ago and yet they had a great deal of difficulty removing the oil filter. The whole process should be smoothly and professionally executed like it was there when the Pennzoil people owned it. It is apparent that you tighten the oil filter and drain plug excessively. If you want repeat business a customer needs to feel that his car is going to be worked on professionally and in an organized fashion.
