Once in the bay. The service tech named Keith had no idea how to remove the oil filter. Made jokes and wandered around. Finally removed filter after 15 minutes. I was never offered to see the air filter. No one asked about wiper blades. I was given my invoice. Never saw wiper fluid checked or typed off. Was never shown fill line on dip stick. Then my hood was slammed shut and I was rushed out of the bay. Total time about 40 minutes. Absolutely unexceptable. I don't think my tire pressure was checked
