Was told I need a new battery and I just got a battery in this car. The rep started talking about refurbished batteries as though mine was one of them, and it isn’t. Started talking about how you don’t know what’s refurbished anymore… I worked for JCI for many years, one of the largest producers of batteries, his statements were not true. I felt there were more fear tactics being used to get me to buy more than an oil change. This was a different group of workers than who I normally meet when I go in, this lead was way more interested in sales than the customer and usually it’s the opposite with the other team that’s there when I go.

I have had service work done at this site for Valvoline and have had good visits. I was very disappointed to find out on my last visit that the service jacks that were there were nto working and had been inoperable for a long time and thus, I was unable to get a tire rotation done. The employee stated that they tried to have it fixed by outside contractors, and even by their own staff, but that upper management did not want to invest the money into having them replaced. Will obviously have to consider going to another service dealer to have the rotations/service work done - So yes I was disappointed!
