Patrick did a great job explaining the options and even going above and beyond by explaining how to turn off the tie pressure sensor light which had been on forever in my car.

They were trying to push services on me that I didn't need. I had just gotten back from the repair shop last week, and I knew what was wrong with the vehicle, but they gave me a completely different story. They do this every time. I would guess that they are on commission somehow. I am a female and don't appreciate being treated as such.

Only the manager I believe was in uniform. Everyone else was wearing their own personal clothes, the CSR? Was popping gloves to imitate gun shots. The manager did not introduce themselves, none of them did. The CSR checked everything on the computer as “OK” before doing it. I asked if my battery was checked and when the other guy doing the stuff was asked he said “no, I forgot” so if I wouldn’t of said anything, nothing would have been remembered. My windshield washer fluid wasn’t checked, nor filled. When pulling my air filter out to show me the guy said “oh look, a bee, do you want a bee?” And I politely said no thank you, as I am extremely allergic. (Granted it was dead but that is besides the point). This was completely unprofessional and the WORST experience I’ve had at this Valvoline yet.

Good job overall but more play than work was happening. Lot of people standing around while only a couple people worked on my car. No other customers came in while I was there.

A lot of training was going on. One guy was trying to train 2 or more. Pricing is getting out of control compared to other Centers.

My definition of highly satisfied is when service is provided above or beyond duties- something extra. Technicians provided excellent, prompt and courteous service, however did not go above and beyond by my definition to receive a “highly satisfied” rating.

They were getting close to locking and had to wait for a air filter on the vehicle in front us but it was after 3 by the time they finished but still made time to take us. Patrick the topside guy was unreal he knew things I never heard of before {like filter in glovebox}no one has never mentioned that to us in all the years we have gone there. He is someone you need to keep on and we are older and know there's not many good workers.

  • Responsible for inventory, labor management and financial performance of the service center
  • Mentor, lead and train the team to optimize their development
