The team was highly knowledgeable. I came in for a service to refill my AC and they explained in depth why my compressor wasn’t working and that simply refilling it could be the problem. Luckily! My vehicle just needed to be refilled and I learned more about the AC unit and how it works. The team on 72nd, Nob hill gave me the best experience I’ve had at an oil change shop. I complimented them in how fast they were u was surprised by it as u wasn’t really paying attention as u was looking in my phone for a oil change coupon to find out there wasn’t any that weren’t expired . When I got home I checked my receipt it says they checked my fluids… ie: washer, to my surprise it’s not even filled to the line so I’m sure they didn’t get topped off. Very disappointing fir paying $129.

I visited because the red light on my dash was on. They checked a few things, cleaned the wipers, which were ok, then informed me the gas cap was loose and should “click” after fueling up and could cause the red light to light up. Who knew?!? They didn’t make me feel like a dummy and I was relieved of my worries. No charge either.

I loved how knowledgeable Christian and Gustavo were at explaining how the ac recharge system they had in place would work on my vehicle, and how determined they were to install it and get the job done. I had just finished from coming from the other valvoline on hob hill for them to tell me they couldn't do the job and referred me to an auto repair shop to simply get this service done. My and my family now have our family suv with working ac, summer ready I can't thank these guys for taking the time to safely and surely finish the job, thanks again!

First, I had to ask about what services were done, what the oil level was at when I brought in my vehicle...the normal items to discuss. The mechanic did not plan to discuss anything with us. It felt as if they were just going to email the receipt and get rid of us. Next, items on my maintenance checks were a bit off...and had they PRINTED the receipt, we would have known immediately: Oil Drain Plug & Gasket...not checked? Just because they sucked the oil out the top, someone should have been under the vehicle to check those items. If they were not checked, did I really GET a new oil filter (I've been informed that it is under the vehicle...not in the engine). My receipt states it is new...but if they were never under my car, did that happen? What about front and rear differential fluid levels? They state they were 'not checked' but why not? Isn't' that part of the service? These are the questions that I have on my service and honestly, I can't tell if I received full service at all.
