The check in was quick, and I did not have to wait in line for very long. I could check the app to see when it is busiest. I was also able to apply the discount from the app easily. I always come to the Valvoline because the service is fast, and the workers are kind. The workers also never make me feel bad when my car is full of stuff and they check the cabin air filter, which helps my anxiety a lot. Not going to lie, there are some very pretty men that work here, which may help the time waiting fly by.

The floor manager was knowledgeable and friendly, and talked with me about the vehicle instead of giving me ultimatums I didn't understand. Not only did I get help with the problem I came in for, they assisted me in learning to take care of the car on my own. Even the floor member that was clearly newer to the job was kind and thorough, it took a little longer than the other masters on the floor but he was able to get the job done well and get help if needed. Great staff at the site I visit.
