I have been to a Valvoline Service Center once before. Was a good experience. So I thought I would try again. Was a different location. The wait time was alittle longer than I hoped for. But was still good. The crew was a group of young guys but they did ok. My impression their Supervisor wasn’t there. They knew what to do. They honored my discount coupon. (I use the conventional oil change for high mileage/synthetic). As for that serviced fairly fast. Good job. Thank you

Once inside it went fast. Just the waiting to get in there took awhile. Then I found out they had a tranny service going on that takes a little longer. Not sure if there’s a sign or certain bay they can go to to speed up the lines?

The one thing I love the most is that I can be in the car while my car is being service and it doesn't take forever. From the very first time the staff has been very friendly & knowledgeable. I live 3 minutes from Jiffy Lube, and I was very disappointed when I went there and that's why I go out of my way to drive 25 minutes to this ilocation.I will continue to do so.

The staff was very helpful and even went as far as to explain my filters and how to check my oil as well based on the type of engine I have in my car. They were quick as soon as I pulled up as there was a bit of a line but they assured me a wait time and already had me checked in when I pulled up
