We did need wiper blades and Juan told us the price. And that they would replace them if they did not perform well. But they were too expensive and I felt regret later. And for some reason they could not honor all of the Christmas $25 gift for “me.” Only $20. It had not yet expired. It was from a Valvoline in the neighboring town. Thus I felt I had lost at Kraft $25-35 in value. But I will continue to take my car to a local Valvoline.

It seemed as if they were rushing the service. Because it was so loud I was unable to hear them talk very much. I miss the old business that used to be there. The old business would go as far as cleaning the windshield, checking the cabin filter, wiping any grease prints off the car ans checking to make sure nothing bad was going to happen by having the customer turn on their vehicle, revving to a certain rpm just to completely make sure that the filter was secure, everything was tight ans where it was supposed to be. Maybe bring back some of these services that the old business used to do.
