They worked efficiently and were organized in their operation. I don't live in Longview, I'm just working at one of our facilities at the Port of Longview. Because I don't live here It's unlikely I will return to this location but I wouldn't rule it out either. The mechanic who physically worked on the car was lovely and accommodating, and did more than he needed to considering the car wasn't in great shape. However, I strongly felt that the associate helping me spoke down to me and was short and curt. He also asked me if I knew what it meant when a bolt was stripped, in what I perceived to be a condescending tone. It could be because I'm a woman and sensitive to these reactions in a male dominated area of expertise but it felt unnecessarily rude. I work on all our cars and have for years, this car is new to me and I knew it needed help. I just wanted an oil change before I got to work on it. I expressed this to him and he seemed unnecessarily skeptical of my ability to take care of the car ourselves. We will go back but hopefully not deal with him again.
