Upon checking in I was told that it was too early mileage wise to get my oil changed. I was at almost 3000 miles. Next I asked for a light check. I had explained that one of my turn signals was out because of the rapid blinking. I was told it was working most likely an electrical issue with my car. ( it was not a electrical issue I replaced my bulb myself when I went home) Then I was told they didn’t have a filter for my car so I would have to come back 4 days later. Even though this location is the most convenient I most likely will not return.

They were respectful, and polite. When they checked my transmission fluid, it was slightly discolored, they noticed that I had replaced it within a year and offered me the option to change or not. They explained that the mileage should be the deciding factor, not the color of the fluid. That gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. I will absolutely return for future service.
