You forgot to reattach the splash guard after I left and the hood wasn’t properly sealed. I only noted the guard scraping once I got to high way speeds and had to drive very slowly back to the facility to have it screwed in properly

I have a skid plate on the bottom of my van. This seems to have caused some problems for your technician although I have had this configuration for 60k miles and none of my oil change places have complained to date.It took me over an hour to get out of the bay because "it was draining slowly".I think there was a new employee working on it and no one more senior pointed out a better way to access the drain plug.When checking my tires, a different technician didn't check the recommended inside the door, so they set the tires low and my tire pressure sensors alarmed. All in all, it seemed like I had a new crew working on my vehicle which isn't a deeply comforting feeling.I've been at this location before with no problems and I hope this is just a one off issue.

Firstly, the oil change took longer than the promised 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I was made to wait at the facility for another 15-20 minutes for no apparent reason, which was a waste of time. While the service itself was acceptable, the extended wait times could have been managed better.
