I arrived 3 minutes before closing time, but I didn't know that until I asked when the shop closed. I mentioned a problem with the air intake giving me an EVAP code, which I believe was caused by someone at a different Valvoline location, and I believe your guy put an end to it - I have 4WD again! No, I was not introduced to the manager, but I wouldn't remember the name anyway. I don't care who the manager is - I care about my car running well.

Repeatedly attempted to convince me that the manufacturer recommendation for oil type was wrong and gaslight me into letting them use their wrong oil. Also attempted to tell me I needed a bunch of other fluids changed that I had recently done, and were extremely pushy, refusing to take no for an answer. If the oil hadn't already been drained I'd have cancelled.
