I have been getting my oil changed where the drain it from under the car .I always have to move my car so they can reach the filter . This time they sucked it out with a pump and didn't ask me to reposition so they could get the filter. You need to be consistent with your service. This last service I didn't like for a 107 dollars you should drain my oil from the bottom like you have been doing . I'm not a huge fan of someone deciding to shove something in my engine and do that . You have never done it before. I don't mind paying any price to make sure my car is properly maintained. This last visit a whole new group of people and a different way to change my oil

I believe I was lied to from one of the staff. They show me a huge tube of oil and said it was mine and that it was extremely dirty. It could not have been mine due to I just put fresh oil in my car and I only put in a quart. There is never a reason to lie to customers.

The manager Emery spoke to me about my car and stated that a nail was in my tire. I asked him if he would take a 1.5 hour drive with it and he said no and directed me to a tire place. I went to the tire place and they fixed my tire and informed me it was a good thing I came because I would have experienced a blow out. Emery's attention to the tire saved me a wreck or worse. Please provide him with a star rating!
