Back a year ago after a Valvoline oil change, something was not connected with the air pipe. My car kept conking out for six months and I brought it to Larry’s tire and Lynchburg for the next oil change and they told me there was a tubing that was not connected. However, I like that Valvoline is convenient and you can stay in the car and then leave with your car within about 20 min. When I expressed my concern with my oil change from a year ago, the manager re-checked all the connections. He listened to my concerns and validated that everything was correct this time.

Came in on a Sunday to get an over due oil change plus a tire rotation. The manager came out since there was a bit of a wait and greeted me and asked what I was looking to get done. I asked if they had time since again it was Sunday and later in the afternoon. He responded with absolutely they had time. Then proceeded to ask what I would like done. It was also a hot day and once in the bay the lady, can't remember her name asked if I wanted a Popsicle and just to bare with them.
