It would have been nice to not have been greeted by the cloud of weed coming through the bay door from the other side of the building as the crew returned. I was also informed of the price as the oil was being put into my car. I wish I would’ve known beforehand.

I am uncertain that you can. I have been getting oil changes at valvoline for almost five years now. Somewhere within the last two or three changes, my filter housing assembly sprung a leak. The only person to touch any of my car has been your associates. The assembly needs to be replaced, radiator flushed, and thank goodness it at least didn’t destroy the engine, but this is a severe cost I now have to pay. Also I had my transmission fluid replaced by your company and the history wasn’t updated. I don’t mind suggestive selling, but if you aren’t going to accurately keep track of my records, I feel that you are just trying to get more money out of me and NOT be a valued customer but more so a “sucker”. I no longer have faith in entrusting valvoline with my vehicles anymore and will be using another service I stead
