Instead of draining engine oil, they suck it using the tool. It kinds of make me feel that oil did not completely changed, but only some were changed. Driving feeling isn't good as it is. Valvoline should not do suck it unless they have special reason to do.

No one could give a straight answer as to whether my car would be serviced or not. I decided wait and chance it. They did get me in and the actual service and staff were fine

It’s nerve-wracking to get an oil change. I’m never sure exactly what I’m supposed to do. When to pull up, should I stay in the car, etc etc etc. They made it super easy and it was finished so quickly. I am a creature of habit and I will be returning. It didn’t feel like they were being scummy trying to upsell me like at jiffy lube.
