After doing an oil change on my car, the workers forgot to screw in the skid plate or did not do it correctly. This meant that during the drive home, the skid plate came off on one of the corners which caused it to drag and now I have to replace it. I am extremely upset and frustrated about this as I now have to spend even more money to get this fixed.
