I guess it wasn't necessarily anyones fault. But I have a toyota highlander, pretty standard car. I have always taken it to Toyota dealer for service but thought I would save some time and come here. Apparently they couldn't get the oil filter off because didn't have the right tool. So after being there an hour they told me to come back the following day. They got a new part from local auto store and I came back the next day. they had to break the old oil cap off. So by the time it was done and replaced that was an additional hour, so two hours between both days. Again I guess its not anyones fault, but the dealer likely could have done it just like that had the previous times I had the oil changed. So it ended up costing me more time going here than if I had made an appt at the dealer like usual. Just not a good overall experience
