My visit was for an oil change and state inspection. I called before arriving to make sure the inspection could be completed, and although I reached a call center, she offered to call the store directly to verify it could be done. Before we got off the phone, she offered to send me a $25 coupon via text (which I happily said yes to) When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, even though both bays were full and all employees were busy. I stayed in my car while the oil change and inspection were happening. The tech showed me my air filter and asked me if I wanted to replace it. When I asked if it could wait until my next visit, he said yes - and explained that if the filter was held up and light could still be seen though it, that it would still be doing it's job. I really appreciated the explanation and transparency! Ive been to many different oil changing places in the past, and Im ALWAYS told that I need to replace that filter...sometimes I do and sometimes I dont have the extra money. I've never known when it's actually required to be changed out, or what to look for. Thanks to the tech at this location, I know what to look for in the future! I will be returning to this location.
