Since I went to get an oil change, I havent been able to start the truck. They messed with the battery when someone even got shocked with the starter while changing the oil. Then when the truck wouldn't start they tried jumping the truck and blamed the battery. They say and I quote "your battery is dead". I didn't believe it because my clock on my dashboard was on. After trying for 30 minutes they wanted to sell me a $100+ new battery. I finally tried turning it on several time to avoid a tow and it finally turned on. When I got home. I haven't been able to start the truck again. I took the battery to Autozone and turns out the battery is at 100%. The starter was replaced 2 years ago. So that whole battery is dead was a lie. I have called for a mechanic because I am 100% sure they messed up the wiring. I just don't know where to look. I went in for a simple oil change and your people messed up my truck.
