The cover underneath my car was left unbolted, it was dragging on the hay. One I once it I was afraid to car my car for fear I would farther damage the cover I went to the shop and they immediately notice they hadn't bolted the cover down tightly. I was thankful not to have kids in the car .

The staff was fast and efficient. The manager was very helpful, I believe his name was Tamijah Turner. The manager even went down into the area under the car and offered me two different types of services. First service oil change on this car that I bought used by pulling the drain plug. The second option he offered was to vacuum suck the oil out. Since I bought a 20 year old used Mercedes he thought it would be better to give me options. He even showed me what the oil looked like once the guy under the hood pulled the filter out. I chose the drain plug method still. Unfortunately they did not have the windshield wipers for my Mercedes in stock. But they were glad to help me put on new wipers if I go purchase them at AutoZone down the street. He informed me that certain European vehicles they do not carry the wipers for due to adapters. The gentleman who checked my cabin air filter was very careful with the dashboard plate. That made me feel comfortable. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here as long as that manager is still running that shop!
