I will definitely be back to the location at 16325 San Pedro Ave. not only because it’s close to my home, but because of how great I get treated by the staff here. Manager Davina was my greeter and got me started with my oil change perks like tire pressure and top offs, she asked to check my rear wiper blade and then I asked her if she could check my front wipers and she pointed out one was wearing. Told me some prices I was happy with and I asked her to add that along with my oil change. She thanked me and moved on to the next person. When it was my turn to move into the garage my greeter was Joshua he was the one that stayed near my car. He was wonderful made sure I was taking care of asked tons of questions walked me through my visit. Great team all around very fast very friendly and professional. Please acknowledge those to specifically. After they were finished they thanked me I gave them a honk for great service and was on my way.

I have been going to this location since they opened and it was always the best service with skilled Technicians but this last time one of the technicians over tightened my oil filter causing it to leak all over my power steering lines and frame while destroying the filter. I had to replace the oil filter which cost me 13.00 dollars because I have to bring my own oil and filter because you don’t carry either at this location. I was pretty upset that I didn’t even get a sorry or an apology from any of your employees after this happened. I will give this location one more time to get things right if not I’m taking mine and my families business to somewhere more professional

I took another vehicle in earlier in the day where I had witnessed the manager having an issue with another female employee, who was screaming very loudly and causing a scene. The manager handled the situation very calm and professionally it seemed as if the rest of her staff had a lot of respect for her because they continued to stay busy while she was handling the issue. I give her major props for how she handled the situation so well, the girl who was causing a scene was sent home in a professional manner. The manager got right to working on my car with a great attitude and a huge smile on her face even after the issue she was facing with the disrespectful employee. They even managed to take out a cabin filter for my vehicle that nobody would dare try to take out anywhere else. Davina and Brian worked very well together to get my vehicle taken care of and I can’t thank them both enough. I wanted to mention them specially because of how amazing of a manager and assistant manager you having running this store.

I went in for my regular oil change, but I knew that there were other services that Valvoline had recommended to me previously. I just did not remember WHICH services. The service man took care of the oil change, then reviewed the services that they had previously recommended. That way, I was able to get the other recommended service (transmission service, in my case). When I asked if he had a coupon for that service, he volunteered a discount! Love that about Valvoline!!! They do not use pressure, just education, about services that you may want to get for your car. And I got my transmission service in exactly the 20 minutes that he told me it would take!
