I received two emails. One for $35 off for oil change and the other for 20% off transmission service. I showed them to the staff and advised I could use them. Had both services performed but they only allowed the $35 discount on the oil change. I showed them the email and the staff member, different than the one who checked me in said I could only use one of the coupons. I asked well shouldn’t we use the 20% off as that would have been $50 off the $252.17 total but was told I couldn’t. They should have adjusted my bill.

When entering the Valvoline Shop, I was told that it would take 10 minutes to assist me. It was exactly 10 minutes and the technician started to work on the car. I was asked if I wanted the tires to be checked. I said yes, and the person talking to me checked the PSI needed and provide that to the person checking the tire. Then the person talking to me asked if I wanted to use the oil as before and I said yes, Then he checked the Bin number of the car and the wand helped him to input the information in the system. I gave him a coupon I had and the person helping me gave me the price after he applied the coupon to the total amount of the service. They checked the filters in the car, asked them to turn the car on, checked the pressure and it was done. After charging my debit card gave me the sticker and the service was completed. Good job
