Considering they were understaffed! Had a line of customers waiting. The three worked well together through communication, and complete customer attention to whomever was in the service bay's, Ryan, James, one in the pit, and the mechanic was extremely efficient! They didn't rush, complain, or looked stressed or pressured! This location is always busy! That speaks volumes of the manager and staff! Keep up the awesome job!!! A bonus wouldn't hurt just saying!

The service took longer than what I was told it would take. While waiting for the service to be completed, I saw the technician standing in another bay talking with other technicians. Do not have a lot of confidence with the technicians being able to perform all the various services available.

Charging almost $100.00 for an oil and filter and it's not even full synthetic oil should be against the law; most theft is. Price on the wall said $74 but no where on the wall did it say labor not included, that's $10 extra. Thanks but no thanks.

It was a hot day but the service tech Gary was not interactive not friendly at all and all he did was complain that he’s tired of getting home late every night to his coworkers and when we pulled in he said he guess he don’t get to leave at 5 o’clock even though we were there 20 minutes till at least. We gave him cash for our transaction and he rolled his eyes and said I don’t know if I have change or not. Just got The feeling that we were an inconvenience to him.
