This was the first time my son has done this. His experience was very good and he learned what to expect. There were no high pressure sales to a 16 year old. The Manager took the time to tell him what to look for in a dirty air filter and new wipers. Great job for not trying to up sale a teenager.

They show obvious disappointment when you don’t purchase extras. This can make you feel uncomfortable the rest of the time while waiting. Next is the price. I can go to a competitor down the road for $20 cheaper and that includes tire rotation.
