I usually go to this location for my oil change but have recently moved and I was going to try the location on West Main Street in Lebanon but no one was there, I looked up the closing time before I went to the West Main location and it said 7:00. I got to the West Main Location at 6:15 and no one was there, so I called to speak with someone. I spoke with a sweet young lady ( I cannot remember her name) I told her what was going on and she asked me if she could put me on a brief hold while she looked into the issue, I told her sure and when she came back on the line she told me that the West Main Location closed early and it looked like they closed at 5:32. I was so unhappy that, that sweet young lady gave me a $15 to $25 dollar coupon to use at the other Lebanon location because I had told her I was headed over there. Once I got to that location the service was excellent. I just want you guys to know that I will be driving across town from now on to use the location on South Cumberland Street. I am very pleased with the service I always receive at this location. I feel like everyone of the employees at the South Cumberland Street location deserves a raise.
