everyone was great and helpful. i was just turned off by the prices of the things that were suggested. one of the things i needed done was to have the internal cabin filter changed. the price i was quoted was nearly 55 dollars, but i left the shop, went to walmart and picked up the filter for 10 dollars and changed it myself. i know that yall have to make money but after just paying 75 dollars for an oil change that kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. again, no fault of anyone at the shop, this is a corporate issue.

I need to just learn that this location is painfully slow and it's never going to change. There was one car mid-service and I sat outside behind it for almost 40 minutes. Then I got into the bay and spent almost another 40 minutes waiting for my own oil change. I get that people are short-staffed and I get there's a lot going on, but this is painful and ridiculous. I'll be going somewhere that allows appointments in the future.
