Pete was very friendly, he clearly explained the service, helped detail the process and gave me some good tips on the products of the car. The only thing I can say to a "complaint" is Pete noticed my driver side rear tire was registering low, 26 for a normal 33 psi. Pete mentioned I should keep an eye on it as I was driving a LONG way down to Miami, Fl. The ONLY thing I can suggest, is with a PSI that low comparative to the other tires, to check the tire briefly to see if there are any punctures or leaks. As There WAS a nail in the tire and hours later, I had to stop at a gas station just as I hit Florida to fix the leak as the tire pressure light indicated. This way Valvoline would have found the leak, fixed the impacted tire and gotten the additional sale to fix the tire, patch kit, or even purchase a new tire (if Valvoline sells either of those options).

The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Didn't pressure me into other services, just let me know what I was due for. Mariah I think her name was, she really likes fishing, was very nice and helpful. Despite a really nasty storm blowing through when I got there, the whole team was quick and professional
