David seemed to want to ge anywhere but where he was. I had to ask him to modify the mileage sticker because the 3k miles would need to be altered to 5k. I didn't have a sharpie available and he seemed put off to have to alter accordingly. He grabbed a smoke

I received excellent and personable customer service from the entire team, namely Conley and Bella. Conley was excellent not only interacting with myself but also with her team and she is a wonderful leader and very impressive. I don’t know if Conley is a manager, but she certainly is a strong leader and valuable asset to Valvoline. I felt like the staff went above and beyond in checking my car and completing the services. It was so nice to experience service from a team that was knowledgeable but not pushy at all- I actually didn’t feel dumb at a car shop, for the first time ever! They were wonderful and I can’t sing their praises enough.
