I went in for an oil change and they noticed my tail light was out during their courtesy check. Another young man checked my cabin filter, yet another did the oil change. I felt like a VIP. It is also very evident that the staff work well with each other as it seemed the other customer there was getting the same VIP treatment and it was all so seamless. You have a great bunch of employees at this location.

Tech grounded + batt to engine- blowing cooling system mega fuse. Nursed vehicle home. Manager going to work solutions first thing in morning. Called next day to check on solution. The solution being for me to take to a dealer to diagnose, pay for it and if the ground was the cause I could submit for reimbursement. The next available appointment was over a week away. I told store manager that was not acceptable. Said if I knew where it was going they could pay directly. Better was my reply but being without a vehicle fore a week and loosing the vacation I was on (hence the oil change) was not acceptable and I requested a call from the DM as the the SM was nice but very new and we were not going anywhere. I was told the DM was out with there family- no rush I wasn’t going anywhere, Monday would be fine. I received no communication. I diagnosed the fault and ordered the part - arriving Friday. Replaced Sat. Problem solved after a week. Canceled dealer appointment. Returned to store, manager not in. Again requested a call from DM and left the part receipts. Business day is now over and still have not heard anything.
