We went to a different valvoline station and they came out to our car and told us it would be about 15 minutes, we pulled in the stale and they started checking lights fluids and asking us what type of oil we wanted. Everyone was very nice and didn’t waste anytime getting are care finished.My wife and I both said to each other wow that was some great service we just got, we are a happy customer

We pulled up, not certain where to go as it was our first visit. The manager came out to us, greeted us, explained the service to us and then directed us into the garage as if he were guiding an airplane out to the runway. We had a headlight out we didn't know about, and he told us the price of the replacement and showed us why it was burning out after having been changed pretty recently. He also explained why we were two quarts low when we have our oil done regularly - bad info from another organization about synthetic oil - so we feel like he really wants us to understand why we're spending the money we're spending. Don't think we'll ever go anywhere else again, in spite of the facility being an hour away from our home.

I had no issues with my service. I went in for an oil change and a new set of windshield wipers and got just what I asked for. No pressure for extras whatsoever. They did ask if I wanted to check my cabin and engine filters and I said yes (they were fine). These kinds of things are fine with me personally because they should be regularly checked and changed.

I had a long drive to an appointment following service so this was a time when I wanted timely service. Instead it was the opposite. 1) they asked me to turn on my engine and then never told me turn it off so they could continue. (when I asked after a LONG time, "don't want me to turn off the engine?" they said "Yes, but we didn't want to interrupt your phone call) This was courteous but poor judgement.2) two other LONG INTERRUPTS in service: Stopped to unload a big UPS deliveryStopped again for a lengthy conversation with a walk-in person who wasn't even in the que for the bays but had a bunch of questions about some future service. Summary: Courteous to a fault but unable to prioritize or set boundaries
