My son took my Tundra in. Your staff recommended transmission service to him and said it hadn't been done. Another way to state this, a more truthful way, would be to say that we don't have a record of it being done because obviously I could have taken it elsewhere to have it done and you wouldn't have a record of it. Be fair when you pressure people for services.

They over charged me for wipers by $21.00 and I called them and they said they could give me coupons for my next visit and I sad there will not be a next visit I just want my money back so I had to go back to the business to try and get my money back at which point they told me they could not refund me I would have to call costumer service and file a claim to get my money. I find this ridiculous since it was their fault and instead I had to waste my time driving back, making phone calls , etc. because of their error. I have lived in Hood River 61 years and never been treated this way at a local business.

Overall, my experience was painless; however, that being said what DID disappoint was the last two times now Hood River Oregonu2019s facilityu2019s printer and equipment was either faulty or not operational! Youu2019d think a larger company can keep necessary equipment functioning and ready for customer needs. I donu2019t care for hand written stickers on my windshield that is sloppy, written in thick sharpie pen nor with greasy smudges on the sticker. These are tipi ally young men, so I really canu2019t fault them for that but I do fault the owner/manager for not REPLACING FAULTY & NON OPERATIONAL equipment. Itu2019s been now 11,000 miles (two oil changes) that Iu2019ve had to look at non professional stickers on my windshield. Again, minor issues it seems the young men did a good job and should be commended. Management and ownership of this property gets a DEFINITE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

If the rest of the cost is labor, thatu2019s $70 for 15 minutes of service. That would mean that labor is $140/hour for 2 workers. Thatu2019s quite high, given that the median income is around $60k a year.
