Only two areas of concern . Tech commented that a cover is missing from underneath the vehicle , I looked into it and learned that isn’t any ! They told me I was told the last time I was there and was told and I don’t remember ! They spilled some oil under the hood area and wiped it up but never said anything ! Since then I have taken care of these two things ! Not happy with them !

I added two services on this oil change visit because I knew it'd be done well.My last visit to a Valvoline, Tansbourne, was awful. I was treated disrespectfully. I reached out via phone and email to Valvoline to discuss and never heard anything.The team at store # 090092 is the BEST. They restored my faith in Valvoline. They KNOW Customer Service. All stores should strive for this level of care, knowledge and team work.
