The team was great the only thing that annoyed me was the price of the cabin air filter. 59 bucks and when I looked at other places to buy I could go as low as 18 bucks so a pretty big difference. and the most expensive one I could find was around 40$

I am concerned the Tech over-torqued my engine oil drain bolt, as I could feel the car moving with quite a bit of force when he was doing so. I’ve had recent feedback also from a coworker that said they actually had an issue with a stripped out drain bolt from Valvoline IOC, which really got me concerned. I work in the industry, and used to be a Tech as well, so I understand this issue well. I hope it’s ok at this point...

I specifically asked if topping of the fluids was part of the service. I was told yes. My fluids were not “topped off” and they lied on the invoice and says the fluids are ok. I know this because when I went in I was totally out of wiper fluid. The box they checked says it’s OK. So not only did they not look, or refill my fluids they just skipped steps. Now I’m Nervous about the whole thing what else did they not do and lie about?

I frequent & have service performed to my vehicles because I owned/operated a private cab company with my personal vehicle before Lyft & Uber were a thing. presently I am a delivery driver for Axelhire. Avery is a wonderful rep of customer service professional, knowledgeable & a delight to work with. She introduced me to other employees as well as the manager "Buck"😉. Before I started my delivery job, Keith advised me of possibly upgrading my oil to high performance to help engine & tranny due to the 100+ miles I drive. I HAVE done so + it optimizes the SUV capabilities. I enjoy the Valvoline station in Tanasbourne & am on a 1st name basis with many of the employees: Avery, Keith, Zane, Jeffrey, Buck. All of whom are friendly & professional. For this reason, I look forward to and will continue to be a customer 😁🤗
