Very professional and helpful. I have a couple of lights out in my BMW that have been tricky to replace. I have been confused about maybe needing a new fuse and when I explained this to employees, multiple of them instantly started taking steps to help. One asked for my manual and started reading to see if he could determine the correct fuse while the assistant manager began taking out my break light to see if there is a bigger issue. Ultimately they provided me with more insight than I had before I came for my oil change.
