This is the third visit that I have had. I will not be returning. The first experience was so bad that I left. I came back the second time and actually got my oil changed. The person who helped me that time was decent but the person that I had this time, Kevin, was the same person I had the first time. Very disrespectful! I was told that my oil would last 10,000 miles but it’s only been 8000 miles since I last came in and Kevin told me I did not have any oil on my dipstick. Other things happen but I don’t have enough room to write.
