I am always highly satisfied when Andrew assist me at this location. Andrew always has a very good job and he’s always very friendly with a big smile. He always educates me about my needs for my car. I really appreciate the experience that he gives me just even getting an oil change or a top off, he does a great job and happy to hear that he is being promoted only want to come to Valvoline when Andrew is there he makes a difference the last time I was there. I didn’t have a good experience at all customer service and the two employees that were there , I just told Andrew about the experience and told him that I only want to come when he’s there also that Shelby was a great guy as well even called me ma’am, which made me feel respected. Finally, I would like to say that it was only them to there mood very quickly through the visit and did a wonderful job
