The computer brought up the wrong year and model for my Jeep when they scanned the barcode. They didn't realize it until I brought it to their attention, and the model indicated used 5 qts of oil where my Wrangler takes 6. My Jeep has been running rough for months until after this visit and I wonder if it's been low on oil my last few oil changes.
