Kudos to the crew! It was a busy Saturday and we were eighth in line (two rows of four cars each) when we queued up. We were done with our oil change and driving away exactly an hour later. The Valvoline Team got us on our way very competently and professionally in the face of a heavy workload. They could have cut corners or neglected to make us feel at home, but they completed all of the tasks at hand and made us feel very welcome.
