I was a bit disappointed the next oil change was scheduled on my window sticker for 3500 miles when fully synthetic should give 7500 to 10000 miles between changes.

The young man who led my oil change and vehicle inspection was very polite, clean cut and well spoken. The way the techs were talking and verifying the various aspects of my oil change reminded me of my military days. He also did a very nice job of sharing the opportunities for other services such as transmission and differential and coolant. Although I did not opt for any of these it is nice to know that when I am ready this is where I will go. Thank you to the Lima Valvoline staff you always have great service!!
