Should have bay dedicated to oil changes only showed up before they opened and ended up behind some one getting more than oil change thus had to wait longer than should have in line outside do to taking other people in from other line

Only one staff member worked on my vehicle when there was another item that could have been worked on at the same time to get me out of there sooner. I mentioned that to the associate, that's when he brought another associate in to help. There were quite a few associates doing nothing but looking at their phones at the time. My service was to flush the radiator and change the Driver side Headlight. I was in the bay for almost an HR.
