I went theee specifically because I also needed a tire rotation and I asked the employee if they could rotate my tires and he said yes. Then after the oil change was started another employee said they couldn’t do it. Because my truck wouldn’t fit on rack properly. It is a ford maverick. Wtf. So apparently your employees aren’t well versed in cars and trucks that they can or cannot do tire rotations. I want tire rotation with each oil change so there won’t be a need to go back to your company.

The day I went the store was very busy but the guys were unflappable. They greeted each person, were friendly and patient, answered questions and treated them like they were the first customer of the day. The guys were all awesome.

The person checking me out did not recommend anything extra, when I asked for a tire rotation, I was told I didnt need it despite flagging as overdue. I normally have a 5 star experience here, I think it was just an off day due to them being so busy.
