Last week . I was in for an oil change I was told by Gabriel that my battery needed to be replacedI asked him how much for a battery and he told me $150.00Before I left I asked him again the price of the battery and again he told me $150.00I did some research on battery prices and saw that $150.00Was a good price. So I returned several days later to get the batteryAfter othe work was done, Austin told me how much I owed and I was shocked $ 236.49I told him what Gabriel had told me and he said “ we don’t have any batteries priced that low long story I know Bottom line I was charged way more than I expected Austin gave me the customer service number but I didn’t call. When I pulled up there was one car in the bay and I was the next in line. Apparently the car in front of me was getting extra services. I waited about an hour in my car with no communication from the manager (was on the floor and looked at me several times). I feel someone should have come out and told me that the wait was going to be extensive and give me the option of changing lanes. As soon as I pulled in, the manager yelled to the other staff "Ok I'm going to lunch". He did tell me that another person would be completing my service but that other person did not introduce himself and only interacted with me when it was time to pay. I understand timing and all but the overall experience made me feel like my business was not important.
