I never write reviews or complete surveys. But I’m very unhappy about how my situation was handled. I went in for an oil change. Ten minutes down the road I’m off to the side of the road when my metal plate under my car is dragging, sparking, and causing me to not be able to drive because it’s being held together on one corner with one bolt. I called and talked to someone that said they couldn’t do anything that I would need to just drive it back. Meanwhile I had to be at work and JUST purchased the metal plate from Honda a couple months ago brand new and I was told to just have it drag on the road all the way back and ruin the brand new piece. I then was hung up on. I got someone else on the phone and the employee said, “well you don’t even need that piece on your car anyway” That’s not the point. I went in with my car in tact, I don’t expect for it to come out broken and be told “well you don’t really even need that piece”. Especially because I just spent hundreds on it, it wasn’t my intention to have it scratch and spark up the entire way back to the shop and potentially rip off the last bolt while driving potentially causing an accident if it flew off.

As I arrived I saw a stoic man named shayne walked towards me with exceptional swagger and asked me why I had come and said it would be an honor to do my oil change and with a pep in his step he guided my to the 3rd bay. The exquisite man on that bay (Brandon) approached me and told me he would bring me the most exceptional service and said that I’m quite the “dashing young fella” which was very flattering. Another man (jahmar) approached my car and told me that my car was in excellent shape and that my choice of oil was a great choice for a great car, he was a very kind gentleman and very knowledgeable. Allen (The bottomside G) took care of my car like it was his own child, he caressed the oil pan with the rag to ensure the pan clean which I commend him for, he gives me the hope people can come together and make peace for the benefit of our future . And lastly The Manager….. he aight I guess.
