I've been living overseas for my entire adult life and this was my first ever oil change since moving back to the US. I had heard that people would try to take advantage/sell unnecessary things to women when going to get their car serviced, so I was pretty nervous. But I was greeted with a smile, the process and services were explained and I was offered things for my car while they checked things out, but didn't feel pressured to purchase. I was happy they were so helpful and kind and I ended up replacing some of the filters. I was happy to be able to use the coupon I found as well! All in all, I'm glad everything was so efficient and streamlined.

Person at my window side showed me that I was due for additional fluid changes in my differentials and transfer case. I said I would have them do the front and back differentials. After a long wait, they were unable to find the parts they needed to complete the task associated with changing the front differential. When completing the rear differential the removed fluid was hardly needed to be replaced. In exiting I was told to go to a dealership to have the other fluids changed. In the future I will not use Valvoline for anything other than oil changes.
