Just felt a bit more pressure to add services that I didn't want, particularly tire rotation as that will be done with new brakes next month. Also, they seriously underestimated the likely lifespan of the tread on the back tires. They didn't seem to listen when I said I already had tire rotation planned with my upcoming brake service in December and two new tires in the spring... Which is when they will be needed.
