After adding oil and checking the dipstick I could see the technician was not satisfied with the result so he topped off the added oil level, retook the dipstick level and was now satisfied that correct amount of oil had been added. The technician told me exactly what I had observed. He did not shortchange me. He got the oil level correct.

Usually when I go there it’s very professional. I had to ask them to reset my oil in settings and they didn’t mention anything about the plug. If it was good, etc not that I didn’t have a positive experience it’s just want the usual on a Sunday

Made an inspection appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. Inspection was scheduled for 9 AM on 11/17. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, was told to wait over on side. Waited until 9:30 and I had to enter building to find out that the inspector never showed up. Not one employee came out to talk with me, I had to go in and find out. Was told to come back at 2 PM and another inspector would be there. Showed up again 15 minutes early, told to park off to the side and again it was almost 2:30 before inspector showed up. There were 4 cars waiting for inspection and not one employee came out to speak with us that inspector was running late. Very disappointed.
