All went well for the most part. There seemed to be some minor hiccups along the way. Nothing to concerning. The one issue of concern, the staff knows me well enough to know how particular I am about my tire pressure. Well this was the first time my pressure was not done accurately. One tire had 20 psi, others were not as bad.

Great team and communication amongst themselves. No direct communication with customer on what they were doing, how much oil (if extra was needed) and total price prior to doing job. Absolutely no knowledge on codes during inspection. Literally told me to "google it" because he never saw it before. Another shop was able to clear code, but...wow. Should not be doing inspections if not knowledgeable about mechanics of car outside of lube tech work.

angel came to my roadside assistance on his day off when i was stranded on the off ramp in stamford! i had just gotten an oil change at the mamoreck location and had assumed originally that my car breaking down must have had something to do with the service i had just received 15-20 minutes prior to breaking down (oil change and radiator service). angel was cool and calm and assured me that we would find the issue. and that if it had anything to do with the services valvoline had provided i would be reimbursed. turns out the coolant was low because a rat had chewed through my charge system on the battery. although it was no longer his problem as valvoline was not the cause of the issue- he waited with me and helped me arrange a tow. and even offered to give me a lift to the train station if the tow driver was unable. i live in brooklyn and am from michigan so it was a relief to find so much out of state help! thanks again! i appreciate angel and all the guys at valvoline!
