Oil change was fine. Staff was professional and courteous. Two days after oil change while driving on the thruway I was alerted by another driver that something was hanging under my car. I had to pull over and check. The '"shield" that is removed during an oil change was hanging down. I returned to the valvoline location where I had gotten the oil change and had them secure the shield in place. This same thing happened at my previous visit - except this time I went to my mechanic as I didn't know that removing that shield was part of the service. My mechanic told me that many of the bolts that hold the shield in place were missing. He replaced them for me. I did return to valvoline for this oil change and now the same thing happened again - shield is not secured. The employees at valvoline did replace the bolts but I will not be returning to a Valvoline location.
