There was no high-pressure upsell, just a thorough explanation of what service was necessary and the prices for the overall procedure. And there was a moment after the service was complete that has made me a Valvoline customer for life. It happened when the hood of my Honda wouldn't shut completely, leaving it at risk of popping loose while driving. One of the technicians who worked on my car took out some tools and worked on the hood latch until it finally closed -- an effort that took time and sweat and dedication to customer satisfaction. A job well done indeed.

team member were fine. i had issues with a groupon coupon for a synthetic blend. the coupon did NOT work and i ended up paying more than anticipated because i was offered to have the rear diff fluid replacement, thinking that my coupon for the oil change would work and i could save money. so i spent $50 more than i anticipated and was not able to use the groupon that i also purchase for 49.99. the staff were, however, very patient, as i was there over an hour and half trying to figure it out.
