The guy talking to me through the entire process was honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Honestly, I was having a rough day and didn’t even want to get this service done but I went anyways. He was funny and cracked some jokes and turned my whole day around. I am glad that it wasn’t the same experience as most times where I have been pressured constantly to add on extra things. He explained the current condition of my car in a way that made sense to me (someone who knows nothing about mechanical issues). I will come back to this location again for my next oil change, it was the fastest and most positive experience I have had at a valvoline.
